PLASMA CUTTING SYSTEM


Plasma Cutting System enable for mild steel cutting and stainless steel cutting up to 3” of the thickness. Tritech provide the flexibility of plasma system connection and data communication. It is very easy and compatible for must of the plasma system. The selection of plasma system is determined by the cutting quality and cutting capacity of plasma system. Tritech also provide the link for arc auto height control for that plasma system for better cutting quality control.

Normally, Tritech provide 2 type of plasma cutting technology as system optional for all customers those request differences cutting quality and buying budget.

The conventional plasma system is most popular plasma cutting system that can cut most of the metal with acceptable cutting quality with lower price. The cutting capacity is from 100A to 200A with cutting thickness up to 2”.

The High Precision plasma cutting system is the most advance plasma cutting system, which able to achieve 80% of laser cutting quality. The build-in motherboard having all the cutting parameter setting and it is very important for good cutting quality control. The maximum cutting thickness is up to 2” for most of the metal.
